Leon Goretzka from FC Bayern gave an insight into the short trip of some FC Bayern players in Ibiza. On Instagram, the German international shared a photo of himself and his teammates Aleksandar Pavlović and Josip Stanišić.
Goretzka (right in the picture) stands in an orange swimming trunks and flaps on a staircase, Pavlović left next to him in a black trousers. Stanišić completes the trio in a turquoise swimming trunks. All three players tension their muscles and are facing a canopy with sports equipment.
Under the picture, Goretzka wrote: “Always Alive, Always Alert” (in German: “Always alive, always vigilant”). A hidden message? The excursion of a total of 14 Munich, including Thomas Müller, Joshua Kimmich and Harry Kane, made waves.
Because the time of the Ibiza trip shortly before the season finale remains controversial. On Saturday, the freshly baked champion will compete at TSG Hoffenheim (from 3:30 p.m. in the T-Online Live ticker). If there are unusual gameplays, questions about the Ibiza trip should be loud again, because Hoffenheim is still about relegation.
The trip was originally prohibited by sports director Max Eberl, but was now approved. “Last week there were still many decisions in the league that our results influenced. The constellation is now different,” said Eberl about subsequent approval. The training on Säbener Straße should continue on Wednesday afternoon.
