The police made three arrests after a possible abuse in Westerbork last night. A victim was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Several police teams were on their feet in Westerbork last night. An area was closed around the Vogelkerslaan due to research into a possible serious abuse. A police helicopter also circled above Westerbork for a short time. Local residents say they have heard bangs. For the time being, the police have no indications that there has been a shot.
The suspects were no longer in Westerbork. “They were eventually arrested in Assen,” said a police spokesperson.
