In recent years, this city-feet from the Buenos Aires North was consolidating as Gastronomic Pole. Those who live there know it: you don’t have to get away much to find good proposals. For those who come from capital or from some nearby point, these are seven options to have on the radar.

Three proposals to travel
In front of the new Delta Point shopping center, there is an enclave with three proposals with its own personality: Tigre purple, Emperor Meiji and his hidden omakase, Mutsuhito. It is a gastronomic first floor with its own valet parking service in which each restaurant maintains its identity and style, but sharing a common axis: sushi, interpreted from the root of each proposal.
Emperor Meiji He has an original Japanese brazier proposal with the Wagyu as an absolute protagonist: a premium meat, famous for its terneza, juiciness and taste depth. In addition to its traditional cooking on embers, the Wagyu is presented in versions such as the Katsu Sando – a Japanese Sandwich prison – and the Ishiyaki, an interactive experience in which the diners cook raw ingredients on a hot volcanic stone, taken directly to the table. The proposal is completed with classic Japanese cuisine dishes, such as the tonkatsu – Pork Milanese in Panko – or the UMI UDON, intense seafood noodles and a mixture of deep and comforting flavors.

The atmosphere is intimate and eclectic, with Japanese illustrations and koi fish of paper floating in the air, all accompanied by a careful playlist that fuses Chill Out and Japanese electronic beats. Ideal for a relaxed night where gastronomy and music shake hands.
Mutsuhito ands The only Omakase in the area and a hidden jewel inside the universe of Emperor Meiji. With just eight places in a circular bar, this intimate proposal invites you to surrender completely to the rhythm and the intuition of the “sushiman”. There is no menu: there is a tour, a choreography of seventeen steps in which the best of the fishing of the day is displayed, snacks where technique and beauty go hand in hand. The experience is sober, elegant and deeply Japanese: absolute respect for the product, harmony in each presentation and an almost ceremonial silence that frames each bite. An ode to minimalism and precision, ideal for those who look for more than a meal: a time suspended over time.

Purple tiger It is a restaurant that celebrates the richness of Peruvian cuisine, offering a variety of dishes that combine traditional flavors with modern techniques. Its warm atmosphere and decoration evoke Peruvian culture, a perfect environment to enjoy ceviches, tiraditos and other emblematic dishes, made with the best fresh fishing and with unique ingredients and flavors. The restaurant cocktail bar complements the experience, offering drinks that highlight the flavors and aromas of Peru.
Nature, design and an increasingly diverse and sophisticated cuisine, Nordelta ceased to be just a residential destination to transform into a culinary reference a few kilometers from the city.
