Surprise team dreams of the sensation

A sensation is emerging in the promotion race of the 2nd Bundesliga. The fight for the front places after the games from Saturday afternoon has not yet been decided.
The miracle is always more concrete: SV Elversberg clearly won its home game against Eintracht Braunschweig on Saturday afternoon with 3: 0 (3-0) – and dreams a match day before the end of the season more than ever from the promotion to the Bundesliga. SC Paderborn and Fortuna Düsseldorf can still hope for the big throw after their home wins. The East Westphalia defeated Magdeburg 2: 1 (1: 1), the Rhinelander were able to celebrate a 2-0 win (0: 0) over Schalke 04.
Fisnik Asllani (11th) and Muhammed Damar (18th, 21st) scored the goals of the Elversberger in the sovereign 3-0 over Braunschweig. The SVE remained unbeaten for the seventh time in a row. The Lower Saxony meanwhile fell back to the relegation relegation place due to the defeat.
Elversberg started furiously in front of 9,105 spectators. Asllani, who is loaned by the Bundesliga club TSG Hoffenheim, provided the early lead with his 18th goal of the season. For the Paderborner, the pressure in the narrow promotion race initially seemed a bigger load, it played the FCM in particular in the first few minutes – and was rewarded early. The Var pointed out a handball by Paderborn’s defender Tjark Scheller, referee Martin Petersen decided on a penalty. Top goalkeeper Kaars scored for the guests.
After about 30 minutes, however, Paderborn became dominant, disturbed early and subsequently came to some chances. Defense lawyer Brackelmann used one of them from a center forward position. Paderborn continued to work after the break, and another defensive player met in Götze after a corner kick.
