The Story has put two from Arjen Lubach’s villas on the cover and the presenter is of course furious about that. Is there a lawsuit on the way? Does he drag Guido the attracter in front of the fence?

Arjen Lubach is completely loosening now that he has signed a million contract with RTL, because in addition to his luxury farmhouse in Friesland, he has now also bought a millions of estate in the Gooi. He goes to live in Soest, just like other big stars such as Luuk Ikink and Wilfred Genee. And in addition, according to Wilfred, he also has a house on Vlieland.

Monopoly

Not one, not two, but three houses. In a little while, Arjen can bring his own Monopoly game to the market. His new acquisition in Soest is in any case a very special one, because that is a municipal monument with its own Wikipedia page. The then owner Jacob Philip Albert Leonard Ram had it built between 1863 and 1865.

The real estate drift of Arjen has already been discussed in the media extensively. Where a website like Well -known Luck the photos publishes, Shownieuws did not dare to do that, because: “He was very much put on his privacy and the management insisted that we were allowed to bring the message, but the photos were not allowed to show.”

Lawyer

The Gooi- en Eemlander also did not dare to publish the photos, apparently for fear of Arjens Advocaat. “For privacy reasons, Lubach’s management does not want photos of the house to be published,” said the newspaper.

It is a bit peculiar, because the photo of Arjens Nieuwe Huis is also simply on Wikipedia. Weekly Story has the threatening attitude of Arjen and his management, because he now just puts two of his villas on the cover. “This is how Arjen Lubach gives RTL millions,” it says great.

Oops, does Arjen accept this? Or does he drag Story boss Guido den attracter to court?

Millions

The Story has selected exactly what Arjen has. In addition to the farmhouse in the Frisian Oudehorne, which he bought in 2017 for 500 thousand euros and is now of course worth much more, he bought a holiday home on Vlieland last January for 835 thousand euros. And now the estate in Soest is added.

What Arjen paid for that? 1.5 million euros. And there is a mortgage of 2 million euros. “With this house, after the coming renovation, they have a plot of no less than 32,670 (!) Square meters, including their own private forest.”

Contradictory

The Story finds it remarkable that Arjen is apparently even more active on the real estate market than the Meilandjes. “The talk show host profiles himself towards his politics, mostly left-wing TV fans as an idealist who is averse to luxury and wealth, but in the meantime he lives a rather contradictory private life …”

All in all, it is not possible for the RTL Satiricus, the gossip magazine concludes. “Even though his viewing figures are disappointing.”

Incidentally, Arjen is currently not on a channel, because he is ready for his first vacation at RTL. According to Johan Derksen, he is painting one of his three houses …
