The Berlin glasses specialist MyKita has opened a new store in Fukuoka and is driving its expansion in Japan.
It is already the third store of the brand in Japan, my day care center said on Wednesday. The new store opens in the new, multifunctional building One Fukuoka Building, which also houses office space and hotel rooms.
“Japan was the first country outside of Europe in which we opened our own store. The market there has always set standards for us-the high expectations have continuously spurred us to further develop our product, our quality and our brand,” said MyKita founder Moritz Krüger. “With the store in Fukuoka, we consistently continue this path and express the special connection between MyKita and Japan.”
In addition to the brand’s latest glasses models, MyKita also offers services such as repairs, adjustments to correction and sunglasses and “professional eye tests”.
