Judge extra strict for rapist (38) Van Girl (15) that cats of neighbors gave food in Ghent: Man gets 9 years in prison

A girl of barely 15 years old was brutally raped in Ghent in August. The young victim went to take care of the neighbors’ cats every day while they were traveling. During her routine she was pushed in and abused. For the suspect, a 38-year-old man, the attorney asked a 7-year prison sentence. The judge added two more years today.
