New trial against Herman Brusselmans immediately postponed: request for wrecking against judge who previously released Brusselmans

In the correctional court of Ghent, a third legal proceedings took place against author Herman Brusselmans on Tuesday afternoon. The writer was summoned directly by three people with a Jewish background, following a controversial column in the Humo weekly. Neither Brusselmans nor the civil parties were present, but their lawyers were present. Master Walter van Steenbrugge, who represents the civil parties, asked and received a challenge.
