Antwerp HandyPark app from today Nationally in use to avoid unjustified parking fines for people with Handicap

Now that parking fines are being written out by scan cars more and more often, people with disabilities receive a lot of unjustified parking fines. The scanners do not recognize the parking tickets well. The new, Antwerp Handypark app, which wants to solve that problem, will be launched nationally from today. “That takes away a great frustration from people with disabilities,” says federal minister Rob Beenders (Vooruit).
