Belgium advocates humanitarian access to Gaza Strip for International Court of Justice

Last week, Belgium argued for the International Court of Appeal in The Hague for allowing humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip. “As an occupation power, Israel has the obligation to provide humanitarian assistance to the occupied population in the best of its ability,” argued Professor of International Law on the VUB, VAOIS Koutroulis, Wednesday in the name of our country.
