Alternating skiing with yoga in the French Alps, is that as relaxed as it sounds? ‘It is hard work but also laissez faire’

At the end of the winter season, Les Menuires and Saint-Martin de Belleville, deep in the French Alps, are alternated with a loose yoga outfit. Since 2017, Yogiski has been taking place here, a week full of yoga, wellness and mindfulness between the mountains, to greet the spring sun.
