De Sutter emphasizes that she does not yet take a mandate, but wants to use in the coming months to prepare thoroughly. “I have received a lot of emails from people who speak of a culture problem. We now have to listen, involve people and think about how we build a stronger sense of community. That is the essence for me about it.”
The new mandate starts on October 1, 2025.
