Bardella wants to become a French president if Le Pen should not be a candidate

Jordan Bardella, the party leader of the French Radical-Right Party Rassemblement National (RN), says that he wants to participate in the presidential elections in 2027 if Marine Le Pen cannot be a candidate. Le Pen was convicted of fraud last month and is in principle excluded from election participation, but she is still appealing.
