Half -time employees are no longer entitled to training leave: “We will no longer subsidize reception days or company theaters”

Only those who work at least four fifth or more than 28 hours a week are still entitled to the Flemish Training Leave (VOV). The discount that employers receive for this is reduced by 30%. “We will also no longer subsidize activities such as reception days or company theaters,” says Flemish Minister for Work Zuhal Demir (N-VA).
