A motorist had to hand in his car and driver’s license to the traffic police on Friday evening. He caught him while at a speed of 171 kilometers per hour over the Midden-Brabantweg, between the tourit at the Burgemeester Letschertweg in Tilburg and the Loon op Zand exit, raced.
Due to road works, a maximum speed of 70 kilometers per hour applies on this process, but this driver did not care.
The 26 -year -old man from Helvoirt did extra dangerous by catching up with other traffic on the narrowed road – where a working subject has been created. “Sometimes you have those outliers ….”, the traffic police sigh on Instagram. “This is one of the top shelf again.”
Hefty fine and course
The traffic officer will determine how long this man will have lost his car and his driver’s license. In addition to a hefty fine, the hard driver will also have to follow a course at the CBR at its own expense.
