Timothy B. – a big man with tattoos – is coming into the courtroom in front of a large group of relatives. He is suspected of killing his mother in his home on Dorpsstraat in Landsmeer. The woman was co-owner of an administration office in Landsmeer and lived in Diemen. The case came rolling after the woman was reported missing. She was last seen at her son’s home in Landsmeer, her car was found a day later at a fast food restaurant in Amsterdam-Noord.
The body of the woman was found in the house on January 9. She was in the bathroom and was found without lower legs. The woman was probably killed by stab injury that was found, and the woman also had a bullet in her head. The firearm that was used according to the judiciary was found in a garbage can in the toilet. There were also bloody slippers on the instructions of the ex of B. Research shows that DNA van B. was on the weapon. That was also found on several knives, the saw and the gloves. In the man’s car there was also a second firearm with ammunition.
Lower legs are still looking

Timothy B. has not made any statement until today, his lawyer explains that he was unable to do so, but will soon start talking. “That needs time and we will make a new appointment about that. I cannot yet communicate the scope of that statement. I can imagine that it is offensive for some people present, but it is just what it is,” said his counsel.
The Public Prosecution Service wants B. to be investigated in the Pieter Baan Center, it will take a few months before he can go there. The case continues on July 15.
