The trade magazine International Financing Review (IFR) awarded the UniCredit at the IFR Awards 2024 as “Global Bank of the Year 2024”.
IFR is a leading source of news, analyzes and comments on fixed -income securities, capital markets and investment banking. With this, the UniCredit receives three significant award within a short time. Previously, the Unicredit magazine had awarded the titles “Bank of the Year” and “Bank of the Year in Europe 2024”. The jury particularly praised the strong development of recent years: the company has developed from a simple participant in the European banking industry into a market leader – more profitable, dynamic and entrepreneurial than ever.
UNICREDIT CEO Andrea Orcel sees the award above all recognition for the commitment of all employees: “Thanks to the hard work and commitment of our employees: Inside: Inside, who are tirelessly committed to our customers: inside and society, we have developed into a yardstick for outstanding banking services in Europe.
