New measures to stimulate electric driving: what do private individuals notice?

Climate minister Sophie Hermans (VVD) will probably announce a package of measures on Friday to reduce CO2 emissions of our country. This also includes a few interventions to stimulate electric driving – which does not exactly have the wind. What does that do with the affordability of electric cars?
