The European Commission fires solid fines on Apple and Meta because of the violation of EU rules for Big Tech. The American giants receive fines of 500 and 200 million euros respectively. It is the first time that Brussels punishes companies to violate the new rules. The big question now is how US President Donald Trump will respond: he is not a fan of European regulations.
