TOrinese, 45 years old, Sabrina Mangia is the general director and managing director of the amusement park of Mirabilandia of Savio (Ravenna). Graduated in Business Administration, she started working for the company that organizes the Superbike World Championship.
Between one trip and another, Sabrina met Fabrizio and got married. The desire of a family has pushed him to leave his life to be commuter between Montiano near Cesena, where he still lives, and Rome. In 2010 he entered Mirabilandia, in 2024 the last promotion.

«The day starts with a coffee with colleagues. Until 10 I answer the emails, I check if there are emergencies or deadlines to be respected towards our group leader, who is based in Spain and includes 60 parks, of which Mirabilandia is the only Italian. From September 1st, my role has changed. Before I was more operational and focused on my sectors. For example, strategies to make visitors come to the park. Now my gaze is on the whole company, even on areas such as safety or technical direction ».

«One or several times a week I dedicate a couple of hours to the construction site in progress in the children’s area for the inauguration of April 17: 32 thousand square meters, an investment of 20 million for ten new attractions, restaurants, shops. Otherwise, there are other meetings. We are a “small town” with a staff of 850 people, reaching up to a thousand with cleaning workers, green, safety. Personnel management is important in my role ».
