Cabinet sees nothing in the Omtzigt pension plan, warns of ‘radical consequences’

The cabinet makes short work of the NSC plan to make it possible for people to object to the transfer of their pension to the new pension system. Minister Eddy van Hijum (Social Affairs) warns of radical consequences and calls the proposal ‘not desirable’. He does think that funds should involve their participants more actively and better in their retirement.
