Musician Juha Tapio’s son Mikael will play Mest in Mest in Hermes, Kokkola. The club informs on their website.
Mikael Tapio, 22, is a defender. According to Hermes, the 193-centimeter KJT breeder is known for his “intelligent game number and ability to make the right decisions under pressure”.
– As a good skating skills and skillful reel handler, he is likely to support attacks, so there is plenty of capacity at both ends of the field, says the club’s bulletin.
Tapio played in TuTo this season. He collected 1+5 in 40 matches.
The defender has previously also appeared in the SM League. He played a total of 39 matches at HPK in 2022-2024.
