Actor Gene Hackman and his wife Pianist Betsy Arakawa were blessed to rest. A small and private memorial ceremony was held in New Mexico weeks after the couple was found dead.
Only a couple’s close circle was present at the funeral. Peoplemagazine says that Hackman’s three children were present: Christopher, Elizabeth and Leslie.

Hackman and Arakawa and their dogs were found dead on February 26 at a home in Santa Family. They were found in different rooms.
Hackman suffered from advanced Alzheimer’s disease, and based on the pacemaker, he died on 18 February.
Hackman died of heart disease for a few days after his wife Arakawa died of lung symptoms caused by Hantavirus.
Hackman was 95 when he died and Arakawa was 63 years old. The couple had been married since 1991.
