The tension in The Hague is increasing, now that the deadline for the spring memorandum is approaching. On Thursday, the Council of Ministers wants to complete the deal, but the parties are far apart. An important point of discussion is how much money is available. PVV, BBB and NSC are opposed to the VVD, who wants to hold on to budget discipline. Political reporter Thomas van Groningen talks to us in News of the Day.
