Train traffic disrupted between Brussels and Paris by technical incident: “Have been standing still for more than two hours”

Train traffic was disrupted on Tuesday morning on the Brussels-Paris route after an incident with the overhead line between Halle and Tourpes. This is reported by rail infrastructure manager Infrabel. Due to the incident, the trains run on one instead of two tracks, which leads to delays of an estimated “20 to 30 minutes” for both national and international trains. A reader tells us via 4040 that he has been standing still for more than two hours.
