The American laundry provider Victoria’s Secret & Co. has filled a number of management posts. With the personnel decisions, the group’s growth strategy should be promoted, the parent company of the brands Victoria’s Secret, Pink and Adore Me announced on Tuesday.
According to this, Anne Stephenson will become the new brand President of the main brand Victoria’s Secret on May 12th. She is currently still Chief Merchandising Officer of the Group. At the same time, Ali Dillon takes over the post of the Pink Brand President. She comes from the clothing provider Alex Mill, where she recently worked as a President. In the course of her career in the textile industry, which has been going on for more than twenty years, Dillon also held various management posts with J.Crew and GAP.
Amy Kocourek was already appointed President of the Group’s beauty division in March. Before moving to Victoria’s Secret, she was Chief Merchandising Officer at the jewelry provider Kendra Scott.
Designer Adam Selman comes from Savage X Fenty
In addition to the three brand Presidents, which will report directly to CEO Hillary in the future, the group of companies presented another new addition: Adam Selman will therefore take over the post of SVP, Executive Creative Director on April 14. The experienced laundry designer was last Chief Design Officer of the Savage X Fenty label.
The group hopes for a growth thrust from the appeals. “This management team combines strong industry experience, creative visions and operational competence,” says a message. With “their different perspectives and their proven track records”, the newcomers should now play an important role in the implementation of the “Path to potential” strategy, the further development of brand statements and the deepening of relationships with customers: inside.
