There is a very large fire on the Moerdijk industrial estate on Tuesday afternoon. The plume of smoke can be seen in the wide circumference.
There has been scaled up to GRIP-1. At GRIP-1, emergency services work together on the scene of the incident.
“There is a considerable ever -increasing smoke development,” reports the safety region. “Probably that was caused by flaring.”
Windows and doors close to nuisance
Those who are nuisance from the smoke are recommended to keep windows and doors closed and switch off the ventilation.
