Despite the clap in the 2nd league
Regensburg fans celebrate party and play volleyball

A week after the 2-1 against Nuremberg, Jahn Regensburg once again collects a damper. However, the fans cannot be dissuaded from a party.
The SSV Jahn Regensburg suffered a bitter setback in the fight for relegation. At SV Elversberg, the Upper Palatinate lost 0: 6 on Sunday-it was the highest defeat in their second division history. The team of coach Andreas Patz was 0: 3 behind at half -time.
After the game, the coach was disappointed: there was “just a class difference”, said Patz at Sky. “We did not make it in any phase, perhaps except for the first few minutes to show the basic virtues: intensity, duel management, willingness to run – and then you simply cannot exist here,” the trainer continued.
While Elversberg draws new hope in the promotion race with the significant success, the situation for Regensburg is becoming increasingly threatening. Eight points are currently missing on the relegation rank – the goal difference also speaks clearly against the climber.
However: The fans of the Regensburgers could not be dissuaded from organizing a party in their block – a pinch of gallows humor should have played.
It was seen how volleyball was played in the block and a polonaise was held. Lost 0: 6? The fans only seemed to be interested in passing, at least they didn’t want to spoil their day.
