Flanders is releasing 200 million euros for 10,000 extra places in childcare: “But the core of crisis remains unsolved”

The Flemish Government will invest 200 million extra in childcare in order to realize 10,000 extra places. Minister of Welfare Caroline Gennez (Vooruit) calls the childcare plan “a historical investment”, although there are some reservations about her plans. “You do need staff for extra places,” says the PvdA opposition party.
