Perhaps it is not a popular opinion, but I understand the decision of Minister Bruins to lift the NTR. Because let’s be honest, the NTR has always been a strange duck: no members, no profile and only the task of filling in the blind spots of the NPO. You can just as well divide the NTR programs over the rest of the broadcasters.
