American arrested in Russia included in psychiatric clinic notorious for false diagnoses

An American arrested in Russia has been transferred to a psychiatric hospital by the authorities, reports the Russian state news agency Tass. Joseph Tater (46) was arrested in Moscow in August last year for violence against a police officer, after he was arrested on suspicion of misconduct towards employees of a hotel and “hooliganism”.
