Düsseldorf The Platform Group AG has appointed capital market experts Marcus Vitt to the board. Marcus Vitt takes over with CEO Dr. Dominik Benner the operational management and strategic development of the company. He competes on April 4, 2025 and replaces Laura Vogelsang, who moves to the company’s advisory board.
Before his work for The Platform Group AG, Marcus Vitt was more than 20 years board member of the Donner & Reuschel bank, including 15 years as spokesman for the board. Since 2002 he has also been a member of the Stock Exchange Council of the Hamburg Stock Exchange and its chairman.
