Stefano Keizers, also known as Gover Meit and Donny Ronny, may have been contracted as the successor of Maarten van Rossem in De Slimste Mens. Private boss Evert Santegoeds reports this.
The recordings of the renewed De Slimste Mens will start in two months. The regular duo Philip Freriks and Maarten van Rossem is no longer there, but the follow -up is not yet fully known. Herman van der Zandt has been fixed as a presenter for a while, but whoever becomes the jury member is still not communicated.
Two Maartens?
Herman has now given a remarkable indication of this in the Ad. “A nice program, that is like a house. You will soon get two new faces, or perhaps more. That is enough for the viewer. You should not innovate to renew,” he says.
Or maybe more? “That would mean that there is not one new Maarten, but two new Maartens. That is new in the Netherlands, that has been for much longer in Belgium. The jury is bigger there and then you also have a huge chemistry between those different jury members,” says private boss Evert Santegoeds at the desk of Shownieuws.
Other theory
Evert thinks it will be Stefano Keizers (Gover Meit/Donny Ronny). “I also have a different theory, because a name that is also very stubborn is that of Gover MEIT. He has so many names … Donny Ronny too. He could mean that by: ‘perhaps more’, but I don’t hope so.”
However, it looks like it, he says. “Gover MEIT has of course become known for the smartest person. That could be a consideration, but I think it is a lot, that man in every broadcast.”
‘Fancy’
Is Evert looking forward to the new series? “We will miss Maarten and Philip, but I am also looking forward to a new presenter and a fresh start of the program that has been running for so long and will undoubtedly be a success again, because everyone is of course curious how Herman van der Zandt will do it.”
What does the broadcasting broadcaster say about the follow -up of Maarten? “The KRO-NCRV says they are still looking.”
