The ownership dispute of the two -time property had already been officially completed when the property register was updated in February that the property was owned by Mikko Koivu solely.

Helena Koivu didn’t settle for this. The District Court documents of Southwest Finland show that Helena has complained about the Land Survey of Finland’s lawsuit decision, according to which Mikko would fully own real estate in Turku. The complaint was submitted on 12 March.
“It is under investigation why the National Land Survey of Finland has done such a matter, removed me from the property register,” Helena Koivu said at the time.
According to Helena, the decision does not take into account the need for an execculation procedure for the enforcement of a foreign judgment in Finland. Helena has demanded that the lawsuit be annulled.
Iltalehti reached out to Helena Koivu’s lawyer, who said that with the principal, Helena Koivu, it has been agreed that there is no more comment.
