In the past few weeks, committed employees from various premium stores of the Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet have participated in the practice -oriented further training as a “store manager”. A total of 11 participants ceremoniously received their IHK certificate, four of them have completed with a full score. The program, which was carried out in cooperation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), aimed to prepare employees for management positions in store management. “We congratulate the graduates on the successful completion. The investment in our young talents is extremely important because this will strengthen our brand partnerships and at the same time promote sustainable personnel development,” said the Center Director of Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet, Uli Nölkensmeier.

The central building blocks of the targeted funding program formed content such as employee management, business know-how and customer-oriented communication. Due to the high demand from the previous year and the positive feedback from the brands, Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet has further expanded the number of sponsored places this year. Employees of well -known national and international brands took the opportunity to qualify for future management tasks. Participants from the catering area were also represented this time. The successful apprenticeship marks an important milestone in the professional career of the graduates and at the same time offers valuable support for the brand stores in the acquisition and development of qualified employees.
