For a long -lasting musician: it is worth bringing out songs not only according to scheme f. Miley Cyrus always relies on new accents in her sound range. For her album Something Beautiful, which will be released on May 30th, she plans to let go of more pink floyd vibe or The Wall sounds. “Prelude” can also do something
“Prelude” – the second new publication – lasts over two and a half minutes. It is not digestible as quickly as “Something Beautiful”, simply because this is a spoken word piece with orchestral and synth moments. A piece that speaks for her as an ever increasing artist. However, both tracks were produced by Shawn Everett, who is primarily known for his work with Alabama Shakes, Kacey Musgraves, The War on Drugs, The Killers and Julian Casablancas.
Here, too, Miley Cyrus himself shows himself in the music video. In the look that also adorns her albumartwork and makes her shine in a Thierry Mugler outfit from 1997.
Release as a pop opera
What Cyrus already revealed: The 13 songs of the new LP are to be presented as a “unique pop opera”. The corresponding film to the album is said to appear a little later, in June.
