Is your fridge tight? The reason may be a bunch of food in the wrong place.
For example, unopened canned cans should not be stored in the refrigerator. They only take up space there. Anu Kivistö
The refrigerator is an ideal storage place for many foods, but many of us also store food in the refrigerator.
Not all foods need to be stored in the cold, so you can get space in the refrigerator at the same time.
Otherwise, it is advisable to check the contents of the refrigerator at regular intervals. It is a good idea to remove outdated, ruined or non -fridge products as soon as you are in the refrigerator.
Take these out of the fridge
1. Almost empty sauce and canned jars
Now is the time to throw out the sauce jar you have stored and almost completely used for months. Acknowledge that you no longer use it, even if you can’t throw it away.
The same applies to empty ketchup bottles that you still think you are shaking something on your plate.
2. Foods of the previous week
Check the condition of all the food you prepared the previous week. It is a good idea to throw away the rice lips at the bottom of the boiler. Especially if you don’t even remember when the rice is cooked.
3. Opened yogurts and french creams
Is there a forgotten open milk, sour cream or french cream in the wardrobe’s wigs? At the same time, you may find the cause of the fridge’s unfortunate smell. Although the sour milk product remains unopened for a surprisingly long time, the same cannot be said of the open jar.
4. Fucking herbs and salads
The salad leathes quite quickly. By the time the salad bag has fluid and even rotten salad leaves, it is time to open the compost lid.
However, do not rush the herbs to throw away. They can also be tossed in tomato sauce.
Usually herbs are advised to keep cool, but basil is an exception. It gets cold. Remove it immediately from the refrigerator.
5. The remains of the wine
If your fridge has opened wine bottles or elves, use them for food. Tonkka wine remains open for several weeks, but it also has its limits. The wine provides good acid for risotto, fish dishes or minced sauce.
6. Coffee and bread
Sometimes you see tips that coffee or bread should be stored in the refrigerator, but it is not recommended. The humidity of the refrigerator can accumulate in coffee cans. The bread, on the other hand, dries in the refrigerator.
7. Honey and olive oil
Cold does not do good for their structure. In the cold, both honey and olive oil crystallize and harden. They do not get ruined finally, as at room temperature both will be running again.
8. Onions and garlic
The onions collect moisture in the refrigerator, making them mold more easily. Garlic starts more easily in the refrigerator.
9. Tomato
If you are wondering why the tomato does not taste good, it may be due to storage in the refrigerator. Cool affects the taste and structure of the tomato – and not positively.
