Do you remember the television program Ter Land Ter Zee en in de Lucht? In this entertainment program, participants had to complete a course as quickly as possible in a self-built vehicle. Part of the television program was ‘Op Glad IJs’, which took place in an ice rink in the Netherlands.

In 1993, recordings were made in the Prince Willem-Alexander Sports Center (PWA hall). Zoetermeer residents and firefighters participated in self-made vehicles, for example in the form of a fire truck, Pino and a bird. The show was presented by Jack van Gelder.
