8 in 10 Belgians want more men in childcare, but barely 3 percent of supervisors are men

More than 81 percent of Belgians would like more men to play a role in childcare. This is evident from a new study by Helan Childcare. That is paradoxical, because today barely 3 percent of childcare workers in our country are men. Although there is support for more men in the sector, persistent stereotypes remain a continuing challenge.
