Dymphie Hendriks from Tilburg is very successful with her Sint-Jozefplant of no less than sixty years old. She posted a photo of her cherished plant in the Facebook group ‘Plantadvies’ and received more than six thousand likes and hundreds of reactions.

Dymphie got the Clivia Miniatapopularly called Sint-Jozefplant, forty years ago from her grandmother, she writes in her message. The plant is still relatively small because it tears new shoots for others. They can then have their own own Clivia grow. “That way I can make others happy again.”

If she hadn’t done that, her plant would probably have been a lot bigger. Just like the from the balls washed Clivia from Jannetta. Her plant is also sixty years old.

Other plant lovers have also had their Sint-Jozefplant for a long time, according to the comments under the message. Anita has one of her great -grandmother. “I am the third generation,” she writes. “It is a grateful and beautiful plant. And a nice thought of the grandmothers.” Jolanda and Alexandra both have one Clivia From about 35 years and Patty one of 40. Hermien even claims to have one of a hundred years old.

But younger plants are also shared under Dymphie’s message. For example, five -year -old from Lenny:
