Custom companies offer work and guidance to people with disabilities. Flanders now has 118 such companies, together employing more than 25,000 employees. They are active in very diverse sectors such as green maintenance, recycling, packaging, graphic finishing, pharmaceuticals and catering.
The additional jobs will be created through a redistribution within the existing quota. The new places will go to companies that are fully utilizing their capacity today and are strongly committed to quality guidance.
