The European Commission will reimburse up to 70 percent of the additional costs resulting from the war in Iran for certain sectors. This was announced by EU Competition Commissioner Teresa Ribera. Companies and institutions will be able to apply for up to 50,000 euros in direct support, without too much paperwork. It is part of a broader, temporary support plan for critical sectors.
