FC Bayern shows the next dominant appearance against Werder Bremen. The Munich-based Bremen defeated Bremen, 4-0 (2-0) at the start of the 5th match day in the Bundesliga in the Bundesliga. Goalgetter Harry Kane reached the brand of 100 competitive goals for the Munich.
Jonathan Tah brought the Munich in the 22nd minute on course, Harry Kane (45th, 65th) increased the lead with his season number 9 and 10. Konrad Laimer achieved the final score (87.).
With the next high victory in the Bundesliga, the Munich team also ensured a new start record: five victories from the first five games with a goal difference of plus 19 mean the best record of Bundesliga history.
“Baking Bayern records is not easy. We made it this evening, we are very happy about that”said sports director Max Eberl in the Sportschau interview.
The Munich team showed a lot of offensive urge from the start. Top strikers Kane had two big chances in the first five minutes to expand his goal balance. Both times Michael Olise was the preparer, Kane was free through – once he pulled the ball past the long post, afterwards Werder keeper Karl Hein saved with a strong reaction.
Olise as a clock at FC Bayern – tah with art shot
The Bremeners were under great pressure early on and could hardly be relieved. The leadership for the record champion seemed only a matter of time: Olise was once again the starting point, the Frenchman brought the ball again sharply after a deceived corner. Tah processed the ball worth seeing with the hoe, Diaz was also on the ball – but the goal was attributed to Tah.
Kane had the huge chance shortly afterwards (26th), again the strong Werder keeper Hein saved, this time by foot defense.
The Bremen were prompted to risk more after the deficit, but remained harmless in their efforts to attack – also because Bavaria kept the physical intensity high. Olise continued to staged attacks at will, put on the Serge Gnabry, who was running along – again only centimeters (35th).
Kane meets again from the penalty point – 18 out of 18 penalties
But there was also Kane, who continued to work on his goal: Bavaria’s center forward was the next steep pass, Marco Friedl drove his leg on the corner of the penalty area and hit him at the foot – referee Frank Willenborg gave the penalty after a short hesitation. Kane remained safe from the point, sent Werder’s keeper into the wrong corner. The Englishman also converted the 18th penalty in his Bundesliga career – in the history of the league there was no other player who so often started the penalty and was always successful.
For Bremen it was a further away with a 0-2 deficit at the break. It took up to the 60th minute before Manuel Neuer had to intervene for the first time. Yukinari Sugawara finally came through the penalty area and aimed at the short upper corner, but new was on the post.
Kane with double pack – now 100 Competitive game for Bavaria
Werder coach Horst Steffen tried to give a new impulse again, brought newcomer Victor Boniface. The Bremen dared a little more, but were quickly punished. Luis Diaz initiated the next attack, put the ball on the lurking Kane – Bavaria’s striker at the right moment, 3-0, at the same time his 100th competitive goal in the Munich dress.
Kane only needed 104 missions – faster than he had reached the impressive brand since 2000 no other professional in the top leagues. Not Cristiano Ronaldo or Erling Haaland either, each needed 105 games.
Kane was allowed to go down a quarter of an hour before the end and was celebrated by the fans. Just like Joshua Kimmich, who has already been substituted and came to his 300th assignment in the Bundesliga. A brand that also reached Leon Goretzka on a very harmonious evening for FC Bayern.
Goretzka about Kane: “In a section with Messi and Ronaldo”
“It’s a lot of fun at the moment”said Goretzka at the Sportschau microphone. “One works for the other. We manage to stage our players who make special things. Then you can also enjoy the games.” Goretzka also bowed in front of the 100 goal striker Kane. “It is an incredible performance. Harry belongs in the section of players like Messi or Ronaldo, now he has even topped her. We are really happy for him.”
Bremen’s coach Horst Steffen did not want to blame his team in the sports show interview. “We threw everything we have in. But you have to recognize the quality of Bayern. In this form, they are simply too good for us.”
