“American Graffiti” by George Lucas is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion, the coming-of-age film will be released on November 9th on 4K Ultra HD.
The 1973 cult film tells the story of four young people. Terry Fields (Charles Martin Smith), Steve Bolander (Ron Howard), Curt Henderson (Richard Dreyfuss) and John Milner (Paul Le Mat) graduated from school in the summer of 1962. Before Steve and Curt leave town to study, the group of friends spends one last night together. While you accompany the protagonists on their nightly adventures, you also watch them grow up. The American DJ Wolfman Jack provided the soundtrack for the film, in which Harrison Ford plays the supporting role of racing driver Bob Falfa, and revives the rock ‘n’ roll of the 60s.
