The lion tamer Arigirios Giannikis can be happy. On the 25th matchday of the third division, 1860 Munich made the fans in the Grünwalder Stadium cheer. It was 2-1 for a long time until Mansour Ouro-Tagba closed the bag in stoppage time and shot the Lions to a 3-1 (90+1).

The 3-1 win against FC Ingolstadt and former coach Köllner is the third win in the sixth unbeaten game. The Munich team got off to a brilliant start. The high tempo of the game was rewarded in the 18th minute of the game.

After a defensive mistake by the Schanzer, Lakenmacher was there and lofted the ball over the keeper Marius Funk from a good eleven meters (15th). A little later Lakenmacher again – only this time he lacked the coolness. The 23-year-old shot the ball four meters from the goal into the sky and gave away the early 2-0.

Curious own goal

The Schanzer keeper Marius Funk caused the strangest scene in the game with an own goal in the 58th minute: He wanted to pass on a back pass, but stumbled and passed the ball into his own goal. In added time, substitute youngster Mansour Ouro-Tagba made it 3-1.

With their fantastic performance, 1860 climbed to 13th place with 32 points. The Ingolstadt team (39 points), however, missed out on moving closer to the promotion zone. Offensive penetration was lacking for a long time. Substitute Maximilian Dittgen hit the post (67th). Goalkeeper Marco Hiller was a good support for 1860 and almost saved the penalty. The enthusiastic Munich fans celebrated their team.
