With the new call, Crevits releases 249,000 euros. Each selected project can count on a maximum of 75 percent Flemish support, up to a maximum of 20,000 euros. The call focuses on local projects that construct new allotments or further develop existing allotments. “This is not only about ‘classic’ allotments as we know them from the past, but also about forms such as samples, warm gardens, care gardens, school gardens, neighborhood vegetable gardens, edible neighborhoods and food forests,” says Crevits.
