The reward for the golden tip that leads to the arrest of the wanted top criminal Jos Leijdekkers from Breda has been increased from 75,000 euros to 200,000 euros. This was announced on Tuesday evening in Opsporing Requested.

The 31-year-old top criminal, also known as Bolle Jos, is on the list of the most serious criminals in Europe. He has also been on the National Investigation List since May 2022 as one of the main suspects sought by the Dutch investigative services.

Bolle Jos is considered a major player in the global cocaine trade. He would import batches of tons of cocaine through, among others, the seaports of Antwerp and Rotterdam. He is also suspected of large-scale laundering of the criminal proceeds of his drug trade. According to the judiciary, this would involve tens of millions of euros and hundreds of kilos of gold that were probably earned from the cocaine trade.

The criminal is also suspected of involvement in the disappearance and death of Naima Jillal. The woman disappeared in 2019 after getting into a car in Amsterdam.

Bolle Jos has probably been staying in Turkey for a long time. A reward of 75,000 euros was offered last year for the golden tip that leads to his whereabouts and arrest. That reward has now been increased to 200,000 euros.
