Hertha BSC took the home curse with two premieres in the current season of the 2nd Bundesliga. In the fourth home game, the Berliners celebrated the first home gate and the first home win against Prussia Münster at 2-1 (1-0). In front of 43,827 spectators in the Berlin Olympic Stadium, Sebastian Grönning laid the foundation for success with his double pack in the 34th and 52nd minute. The substitute Etienne Amenyido once again caused excitement with the connection goal (85th).
Both coaches trusted the victorious team of the past match day and did not change the starting line -up. In the lively game, a dream goal of Hertha captain Fabian Reese (10th) was collected by video evidence because of offside. After half an hour, Münster was unable to use three great chances in a row. 1. FC Kaiserslautern continues the crisis of VfL Bochum
VfL Bochum was unable to end its sporting crisis even before the new coach Uwe Rösler took office. The Bundesliga relegated team lost 2: 3 (1: 1) at 1. FC Kaiserslautern on matchday 8.
