19-year-old producer ‘Judge Neal’ signs with SoundCloud

“I couldn’t believe it at first”

Neal has been working full-time with music for only a year and has already signed a contract with SoundCloud: a platform on the internet where you can upload, record, promote and share music. He sent some demos to them and they picked him up. “I couldn’t believe it at first, it’s great,” says Neal.

The 19-year-old has been making music since he was 13. “I produce the songs, the backgrounds, the instrumentals. I send that to singers and co-writers and they then get to work. Then they send it back. There is an entire team that releases that,” he says.

Judge Neal has already released a few hits such as ‘Voyage Voyage’, ‘Bailame’ and ‘Dat je bent’, but thanks to his contract with SoundCloud his career really took off.
