Buenos Aires is what is considered at the urban level as a megalopolis. With almost 14 million projected inhabitants, many of the problems are shared by other large capitals of the world that were modifying the pattern of coexistence and the demand for better services that affect the quality of life of citizens. Among them, those that grew substantially in recent years were a request for more security, improvement in public space (squares, groves and common places in the streets) and above all a qualitative leap in the transportation service, reordering the priorities of communication and circulation. The objective is to facilitate the connection of the inhabitants with their environment and ensure that the automobile once again fulfills its usefulness for medium-distance trips.
The Colombian urban planner Carlos Morenovery consistent with the Parisian vision of city life, developed a concept of “the fifteen-minute city” to refer to the interference of the local government to facilitate infrastructure and eliminate obstacles to make it feasible that in no more than a quarter of an hour around their house can carry out daily activities: rest, work, study, relax and bond with others. The City of Buenos Aires enunciated the policy of facilitating the conversion of public space into a safe, friendly and sustainable environment, joining the list of 16 other cities that carry out this policy.
Of course, CABA is only part of the megalopolis that makes up Greater Buenos Aires and, therefore, beyond General Paz, private initiatives began to proliferate to recreate that urban concept.
Witness case. With this central strategic axis, Bliss Buenos Aires was able to bring together a work team accustomed to business challenges, uniting the experience of the families of the Piero Group (Vara Lana) and Russoniello, also adding the architecture studio MRA+A, the construction company GDCI for the execution and RED in construction management.
Martin MadernaCEO of Bliss Buenos Aires, makes a particular reading of this trend. The development company is embarked on a project that is part of the prototype of those that respond to the demand that is also here to stay on the banks of the Río de la Plata. On a plot of land in San Fernando of almost 10 hectares, with more than 22,000 meters of green spaces and a 10,000-meter reflecting pool, the Marina building is already in place as the first construction of Bliss Buenos Aires (a construction in the shape of a large “L”). , with 265 apartments distributed over ten floors) now the development proposes a new opportunity: the Crucero building, with a scheduled delivery date in 2027, financing in pesos and a pre-launch price, suitable bleaching at zero cost.
“There is nothing like it in this location in the market,” he says while highlighting the qualities of a venture carefully designed to be in tune with current trends and changes in customs. ““We value community life with a lot of security,” they explain, “and especially travel times.”adds Maderna.
In his opinion, Bliss responds to a growing demand for projects that integrate the comfort and safety of urban life with the serenity that nature offers. “This sustainable design, accompanied by a convenience shopping center and spaces designed for well-being, marks the future of urbanizations,” he adds.
What’s coming. Your bet is justified. “Just as the Marina building was a first example of the synergy achieved by the development team, with the work advancing to completion and meeting the expected delivery deadlines in 2025, with the Crucero building we now have a new opportunity to demonstrate pace and excellence in construction quality,” he risks. With the financing already launched, the work that is already visualized in the renders as breaking with the traditional and friendly with the environment at the same time, has a delivery date in 2027. “There is nothing like it in this location on the market with the quality of services, construction and units that we are offering, with financing in pesos and installments,” he details.
Sustainability and care for the environment is another of the vectors of this new demand that is present in the proposal for the Crucero building. They adopted specific measures in order to optimize energy consumption in lighting and air conditioning (using Inverter technology in all units) and elevators. In addition, the use of Retak bricks allows greater thermal and acoustic insulation, they are fire resistant and made with ecological material. To close this first circle, Bliss Buenos Aires The EDGE certification process has already begun, by which it is committed to implementing strategies to minimize the use of energy and water in and the energy embodied in materials. Sustainability made reality.
